Kashmir Shaivism is considered to be one of the oldest spiritual traditions and a synthesis of teachings from the Kashmir region from the 8th and 9th century. It is a non-dualistic system of Advanta teachings that are based around a philosophy that all phenomena are an expression of a single, unified reality, which is the supreme consciousness of Shiva

The courses is based around teachings and practices of the Shaivite tradition and the adoration of Shiva as the saviour and bestower of Grace that grants Spiritual Liberation - teachings which originate in the Trika, Krama and Kaula schools.

The Kashmir Shaivsim tradition also embraces the Supreme Goddess in her manifestation of Shakti under various forms, such as Kali, and Shakti plays an equal and essential role in Shaiva Tantra and through the understanding of the role of Shakti in our daily lives, we become able to navigate the illusion of Maya.
