In the first session we will focus on the physical body, balance, harmony, flexibility and strength, working with specific yoga positions (asanas). We will also show the importance of a balanced and nourishing approach to food and how this is the first step towards health and even towards our daily medicine.
In the second session of our course, we will explore emotional intelligence. We will learn to recognize and manage emotions, developing self-awareness. We will offer you techniques and exercises that will help you improve your inner balance, promoting more harmonious relationships and greater empathy.
In the third session of our course, we will focus on controlling thoughts through the practice of yoga. We will learn meditation techniques and specific exercises that will help you achieve a state of mental calm, positivity and optimism, allowing us to observe thoughts without judgment. This session will guide us towards greater mental clarity and serenity.
In the fourth session of our course, we will help you improve your relationships as a couple and in general. We will offer you techniques and exercises aimed at deepening connection, trust and communication in relationships. Through awareness and connection exercises, we will learn to develop empathy and openness towards ourselves and others.
In the fifth session we will do a summary that will help you understand that life is a continuous transformation and that it is in itself a spiritual path! We will use techniques and exercises that will lead you to a fulfilling life through a new beginning that is actually here and now!
